In the event a position that you'd like to take part in is taken by an NPC feel free to approach the person responsible for said NPC and discus taking up that character as a played character. Or, if you wish to challenge for that position apply with your own and approach the King about it as to why your character believes that NPC or person is unfit for the position they currently obtain.
