Story Teller Team -
      Sometimes SL's grow to be so large that the Administrators are unable to run it by themselves as effectively as when originally opening to the public. As a result, we decided to open up the option of this group to assist the administrators in keeping the group running as smoothly as possibly both IC and OOCly. This is why we designed a Story Teller team, so that even the Owner's can continue to enjoy the game and it doesn't have to become a job.

Expectations of ST's. -
      Story Teller's are expected to act in a professional matter no matter who they are speaking to or what they are speaking about. They must approach every situation in the mind of a ST and not as a person.

Note - The owner's may chose to remove a ST from the Team at any time should they decide that ST is abusing their power or acting inappropriately for an ST. Other ST's do not hold this power.

FAQ's -

--- || What are their duties?

      A Story Teller's duties depend heavily on their area of expertise. If someone is particularly great with running group sessions to play out scenes, than that persons duty would be to Run Group SL's. All ST's have a meeting with the Owner's once every other week during the week in which they discuss on-goings, take votes, as well as discuss future Group SL's coming up to keep things rolling and interesting for the group.

--- || How do I become a ST?

      When the group grows to where the owners are becoming overwhelmed with all the work, making it a job instead of fun. They will open up a thread in the forums requesting volunteer's. You would go to this thread and state why you'd be good for this / what your expertise is. If there are more than one or two volunteer's depending on how many STs are needed. They will close the thread and open a poll for the members to decide who they think would be best for the role, because let's face it, if your not good with the members even OOCly you won't be very good as an ST either.

Note - You must be a member for in the least, 1 month before you can petition for ST Team, otherwise you will automatically be disqualified.

--- || Once I'm an ST can I quit anytime?

      Yes. In fact, due to because we understand how stressful running or even assisting with running a place can be. Once ST's are elected, we do a re-election monthly. During this time you can run again for ST or you can opt out. If you wish to quit before your time-period is up you can do so simply by discussing it with one of the two owners.

--- || What if I have a problem with an ST?

      This would depend heavily on the problem. If you notice, being an ST or not, that one of the ST's is abusing their power your are encouraged to log what is happening and send it to the Peacekeeper. His job is to investigate what's going on and see that it is rectified.
      If you are simply not getting along with an ST. Your are encouraged to approach another ST, this is why they are a team. Or you may approach the owners, the ST's aren't here to replace them, only help. If your problem is due to maltreatment, like stated above you are encouraged to tell the Peacemaker as soon as possible and provide a log.

--- || Who are the Story Teller Team?

      The ST team are specified in the forums. Members can view SN's in which they can be contacted in the roster. Non-members are encouraged to approach the Owner's rather than ST's because the ST's are only for Member benefit.
